Dallas Fate RV Park – Large RV Sites near Fate, Royse City and Rockwall
Dallas Fate RV Park is at 3010 S FM 1138 in Royse City, about 7 minutes from Fate and Royse City, 15 minutes from Rockwall and about 40 minutes from downtown Dallas.
Sites are 30 ft wide by 80 ft deep with a strip of grass, and every site has full hookups (20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer) and fiber Wi-Fi. 50-amp costs nothing extra. Our premium lots are fenced in with a 6 ft cedar fence and have their own gate. Monthly stays are all bills paid.

“Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Very wide paved center lane with lots of room for backing into space, which was also quite wide. Huge turn around area at the end of the lane. Nice rock surface for the pad with easy and clean hookups. No "amenities", but that was fine with us. Otherwise, it is everything you’d want in an RV Park of any size.”
