Do you run background checks?
Yes! We require all Long term Guests(30+ days) to provide the information required for us to do a thorough background check. No exceptions.
Do you have security cameras?
Yes! We have cameras all throughout our community to ensure everything is on the up and up! Voice and Audio recording is on at all times.
What are your rates?
Standard Site – Full Hook up
All monthly rates are all bills paid – Electric / Wi-Fi / Water / Sewer
Monthly – $750 all bills paid – (50 amp is $25 extra)
Weekly – $225
Daily – $39
Premium Site – Full Hook up
All monthly rates are all bills paid – Electric / Wi-Fi / Water / Sewer
Monthly – $900 all bills paid – (50 amp is $25 extra)
Weekly – $275
Daily – $59

How do you collect payment?
We are in 2022 so fortunately for you, it’s all digital! No cash or checks will be accepted. We utilize an online reservation software to keep track of your stay and payments.
Do you have on-site management?
We do have on-site management but everything is handled via phone call and off-site maintenance staff. Cameras are monitored 24/7 along with calls.
Refund Policy?
We understand situations occur and you may need to cancel. Please find below our strict cancellation policy..
1. 30% Fee of your total reservation upon cancellation of any reservation, no exception.
2. 100% Fee (No refund) if you check in and need to check out immediately for any reason.

Do you accept cash or checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks.
Can I reserve a site without parking my camper?
Yes, we do offer the ability to lock your site in. We understand that because we are the only RV Park in Dallas offering such privacy and seclusion that there are people who may want to reserve the site for a (1) year or multiple months at a time. We are happy to accommodate these requests.

Do you offer any other amentities?
We do not have any on-site amenities. We do not have laundry or shower rooms. We offer full hook-ups to each site only.
Do you offer full hook-up at the RV Site?
We offer Full RV site hook-ups at each site with 30/50 amp hookups, water, and sewer.
We also offer Free High-Speed Wi-Fi for streaming
