Monthly rent includes electric, water, sewer, trash and fiber Wi-Fi. Every site has full hookups with 20/30/50-amp power, and 50-amp costs nothing extra. Sites are 30 ft wide by 80 ft deep with a strip of grass. For nightly and weekly stays, see our booking page.
How to move in
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes; the application fee is $60 ($90 for 2 adults).
- Get approved. No deposit, and we usually approve applications within an hour.
- Move in and relax.
Good to know
- 2 pets stay free; each additional pet is $25. Pets stay on a leash.
- Premium sites have a 6 ft cedar fence around your RV and their own gate, and fit RVs up to 54 ft.
- Gated entry with an access code, and security cameras.
- Full hookups at every site. There are no laundry or shower facilities on site.
- We look after guests by phone and text, with maintenance staff for the property.
